How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking as soon as you have your project dates set, especially for weekends which tend to fill up fast. However, we know projects pop up unexpectedly—give us a call, and we’ll do our best to get you the gear you need, when you need it.
Do you deliver?
YES!
We have options from 50 kms to 200 km delivery.

Can you deliver the equipment to my site?
Absolutely. We know not everyone has a heavy-duty truck. We offer affordable delivery and pickup directly to your driveway or job site. Call us for a custom quote.
What do I need to bring when I pick up the equipment?
Just a valid government-issued ID and a credit card for the security deposit. If you’re towing it yourself, make sure your vehicle has the towing capacity and the correct hitch (we’ll confirm these details with you over the phone!).
Do I need a special license to operate your equipment?
In most cases, no! That’s the beauty of "Mini" muscle. Our compact equipment is designed to be user-friendly for homeowners and contractors alike. We provide a full walk-through and safety briefing upon delivery so you feel like a pro before you even turn the key.
Do I need to put a deposit down?
Yep, deposits are required to book our equipment.
When do I get my deposit back?
As soon as the equipment is returned, inspected, and signed off, we release the hold on your card. Depending on your bank, it usually shows up within 2–5 business days.
I have a project in Kenora, can I still rent from Mini Muscle Rentals?
Of course you can!
Does the machine come full of fuel?
Yes. We hand it over with a full tank so you can get straight to work. We simply ask that you return it full. If you’re short on time, we can refuel it for you upon return at a convenient flat rate.
