Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Mini Muscle Rentals, fleet availability and operational efficiency are paramount. Our refund and cancellation policies are designed to ensure fair access to equipment for all clients while protecting the integrity of our booking schedule.

1. Cancellation Protocol
To avoid penalties, all cancellations must be executed with sufficient notice to allow for fleet reallocation.

• Notice Period: The Lessee must provide notice of cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled rental commencement date and time.

• Late Cancellation Penalty: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to a Cancellation Fee equal to 10% of the Security Deposit.

• Fee Deduction: By booking with us, you explicitly authorize Mini Muscle Rentals to deduct this fee directly from the Security Deposit or the credit card on file before refunding any remaining balance.

 

2. Early Returns
Our booking schedule is binding. We reserve specific equipment for your requested dates, preventing other clients from accessing it.

• Binding Dates: No refunds or credits will be issued for equipment returned earlier than the scheduled end date.

• Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy are rare and apply only if agreed to in writing by Mini Muscle Rentals prior to the return.

 

3. Security Deposit & Deductions
The mandatory $500.00 CAD Security Deposit is held to guarantee the condition of the equipment upon return. The full balance of this deposit will be refunded solely upon the successful completion of a post-rental inspection, provided the following conditions are met:

• Fuel Levels: Equipment is returned with a full tank of fuel. Failure to refuel will result in a deduction of $3.00 CAD per liter.

• Cleanliness: Equipment is returned free of excessive mud, dirt, concrete, or hazardous materials. A minimum $250.00 CAD cleaning fee will be deducted if these standards are not met.

• Damage Assessment: The equipment is returned in its original working order without new damage to tires, tracks, or mechanical systems.

 

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

 

Mini Muscle Rentals accepts no liability for downtime or lost profits resulting from equipment failure or site conditions. Rental fees are charged based on time out, not time used.
